About

The "color" of thought modifies action.

My yoga practice is in continuous transformation, in listening to inner vital sensations, forgetting action time, in listening to the present. The moment one thinks about time during practice, the mind takes advantage of it to run away, losing, thus, concentration. Whenever the body shows signs of giving up, I spur it to become passionate about the work, stimulating new research and increasing the creativity of the mind.

My name is Anna and I approached yoga at the age of 15, out of sheer curiosity, fascinated by the illustrations reported in books and the mystery that shrouded yoga in the 1990s; mystery that turned out to be simple well-being: of body, mind and therefore spirit... Thanks to the masters, to their diversity, they have and continue to teach me much.

Special thanks to my teacher Renato Turla - Jyotim method

Il mio pensiero

Yoga puts order back into posture, thought and soul...Everyone for himself seeks his own well-being in his own way; yoga is meant to be this, to do WELL...infinitely.
